Marygold Mutual Water Company is proposing to construct and operate a new two-million gallon reservoir (Tank No. 3) located on the grounds of an existing water treatment facility. San Bernardino County Land Use Service Department is the CEQA lead agency for the project and approved the project as part of a Conditional Use Permit. San Bernardino Land Use Services Department filed the mitigated negative declaration at the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office. Tank No. 3 is the second permit action taken by CDPH contained in the environmental document.
