Document Description
An existing 24' bridge located on the tributary to Ryder Gulch is deteriorating and will be replaced with another 24' free-span bridge. Abutment will be installed along the top of the channel banks, allowing the crossing to pass the expected 100 year flow, bedload and debris. The project also includes the placement of a 60' free-span bridge at a previously existing bridge site, located directly on Ryder Gulch, downstream of the first bridge site. The 60' bridge and abutments will be placed outside the 100 year flood plain, and no change to the bed, bank or channel is proposed as part of the 60' bridge installation.
