Site B and C have failed concrete crossing/grade control structures that washed out during the 2005-06 New Year's Eve storm that will be replaced with either arch pipe crossings or rock and gravel wet crossings, re-sloped and planted with native vegetation. 13,240 feet of fencing will be installed to exclude cattle and protect streambanks.
