The 0.8+/- acre parcel is zoned C-2:D:H:HDP:MX (Heavy Commercial:Design Control Combining:Historic Combing:Historic Design Preservation Combining:Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
