The Project, known as Dry Weather Diversion at San Lorenzo River Pump Stations #1b and #3, generally consists of the installation of dry-weather diversions at Pump Stations #1b and #3 and the inspection, cleaning and lining of the storm drain pipes that lead to Pump Stations #1, #1b and #3 to prevent groundwater from entering the storm drain system and adding unnecessary flow to the diversions.
