Document Description
The project proposed to repair a damaged underground fiber optic backbone cable. A new conduit will be installed within the railroad right-of-way. The bore staging area will be at a point 200 feet south and 200 feet north of the marsh area. At that point, the cable will be fed underground, under the stream zone of Badger Creek. The minimum depth of the bore will be ten feet below the streambed.
