Document Description
The Yucaipa Connector Pipeline is proposed to connect existing EBX-I pipeline with Yucaipa pipeline. It is part of the EBX-1 improvement project which supports planning for operational improvements of the State Water Project. The beneficiaries of the project are peoples of California. The survey work is to identify the exact locations where the proposed pipeline connects to the existing pipelines. At each end of the proposed pipeline, a pit will be excavated to locate the connecting points on the existing pipeline, so that a survey pole may be placed to complete the survey.
