Replace an old and leaking 120,000 gallon water storage tank with a new 120,000 gallon water storage tank and minimal grading (<50cubic yards), as the site nearly at grade. The new water storage tank will connect to an existing well and will continue to provide potable water to the existing rural residential community of the Berta Canyon area containing 300 residences.
