Project proposes to build two earthen dams in an unnamed tributary to Tulloch Lake to support two stock ponds. Ponds will range in depth from 4-6'. Total capacity will be approximately 2 acre feet each. Water will be diverted from an unnamed stream from November to April 1st for stock-watering purposes.
