Document Description
The Operator proposes to repair damages that were noted in 2004 on the Cole Creek Diversion Dam, as per the new Federal Energy Regulation Commission license condition. The grizzly rack protects the inflow release valve and pipe. A cofferdam will be constructed upstream using water filled rubber bladders. A pipe will be run from the upstream cofferdam down the creek and through the LLO to a point below the plunge pool.
