Reasons for Exemption
The Tentative Parcel Map would allow the division of one parcel into three parcel. The three parcels would be approximately 1.47 acres, 0.90 acres and 1.66 acres in size. With the Tentative Parcel Map and approval of a minor variance, the proposal is consistent with General Plan designation and zoning classification. The use of Section 15315, Minor Land Divisions is applicable and appropriate as the existing property will only be divided into three parcels.
