Document Description
The Project consists of highly visible demonstration Best Management Practice (BMP) projects which will be implemented in four Sierra communities (South Lake Tahoe, Grass Valley, Truckee, and Mariposa). These projects include BMPs for erosion and stormwater control, water conservation, fuels management, and native/ adapted plants. BMP implementation at these sites is through workdays which benefit stakeholders by involvement in nonpolni source (NPS) pollution control.
