Document Description
Construct, own and operate a new pipeline to service the British Petroleum (BP) refinery In Carson, CA. It will be a 4" aboveground pipeline that will continue as a 6" pipeline once it goes underground. The total length of the pipeline will be approximately 1,450 feet from the Air Products Hydrogen Plant in Carson, CA and ending at BP's refinery. The pipeline will normally provide 20 MMSCFD of hydrogen with a maximum of 40 MMSCFD to BP at approximately 1,900 psig minimum delivery from the pipeline.
