City-initiated project to retrofit existing storm drain outlets from residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, a golf course, and a City recreation center through the construction of bio-swales or structural treatment systems on storm drain outfalls (outfall location to be determinded) between Interstate 5 and Jeronimo Road. Installation of new or enhancements to existing evapo-transpiration irrigation controls at Mission Viejo Country Club, along the Oso Creek Trail, and in the Jeronimo Open Space.
