The Applicant proposes a bank stabilization project on the corner of I Street and Sunnyslope Avenue in southern Petaluma. The proposed project will occur along 70 linear feet of Thompson Creek in a residential setting. The scope of the project includes laying back the stream banks, installing mixed vegetated boulder and biotechnical repairs above and below the ordinary water mark. The goal of the project is to protect the residence from further erosion. SAA #1600-2009-0163-03.
