Document Description
This project will bring the exisitng gym at the Riverside City Campus up ot seismic, fire/life and ADA standards. Analysis has shown that the building has deficiencies that could result in significant structural damage and loss of life in the event of a major earthquake. Accessible path of travel to areas of the gym will be addressed in this project to meet the current ADA codes in that the entrances/exits, doors, stairs, ramps, restrooms and shower facilities meet ADA standards.
