2. Amend the Master Sign Plan for the Junction Shopping Center approved pursuant to the Use Permit on March 14, 1984 and amended through Use Permit 97CUP-008 on April 25, 1997 to include provisions for the temporary placement of banners and/or signs advertising the events listed.
