Document Description
The Town of Windsor (Town) has detected evidence of wet areas south of the southerly embankment (exterior) of Pond 5 of the wastewater treatment plant. Water is present in the flood control/backwater (inundation) channel that was constructed at the southern end of Pond 5 north of Vintage Greens Subdivision. Construction of an additional interior embankment buttress may be one method to correct the problem.
