California Department of Public Health is acting as Responsible Agency. The Lead Agency is City of Arcadia. The project involves the construction of a pipeline connecting the Peck Well Transmission main to the Longden Pumping Facility forebay for the purpose of blending clean water from the Peck Well with Water containing nitrates from the Longden Well 1 and 2. The blended water will contain water that meets the Safe Drinking Water rule with a lower nitrate concentration.
