Demolish one 300 square foot (sq.ft.) restroom and one 1,000 sq. ft. restroom/shower combination building (CB) and replace with one 1,050 sq. ft. CB in the Upper Bay View Campgound at Clear Lake State Park to consolidate and modernize public facilities. (Cap utilities to demolished buildings and install new utility connects in trenches up to 75 ft long by 2 ft to the new CB.
