Document Description
Construct an addition to an existing building to support CMF's Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP). The addition will include individual and group therapy rooms, classrooms, and office space. The addition will be surrounded on three sides by existing housing wing, occupational therapy wing, and main corridor. The footprint of the addition is approximately 14,000 square feet; it is located in a developed area within the secure perimeter of CMF.
