Document Description
Lead Agency: El Toro Water District The Reservoir Management System (RMS) at R-5 Reservoir proposed by the El Toro Water District consists of a chloramination system that works in conjunction with a mixing/sampling system. The sampling system continuously measures chlorine residual levels in the reservoir, compares the measurements to a target chlorine residual, and determines if the chloramination system needs to be activated or deactivated. The RMS performs two functions 1) to maintain a target chlorine residual and 2) to improve circulation of water in the 2-MG reservoir.
