Document Description
A bubbler gage will be installed on the top of the levee on the right bank along the San Joaquin River, near Stevinson, upstream from the Highway 165 bridge in Merced County. It will be installed free standing on the crown of he levee road. Installation will consists of a telephone box mounted on a 4' X 4' X18" concrete foundation. The bubbler/plastic tubing will be contained in a 2-inch galvanized or PVC pipe and has a self-maintaining purging option to prevent sediment accumulation and system failure.
