Document Description
The project entails replacing the outdated existing playground equipment and making access improvements within an existing park facility in the City of Anaheim. The existing playground equipment and woodchips will be removed and replaced with ADA compliant play equipment. New woodchips and rubber surfacing will be installed to provide access to the play equipment. Approximately 984 square feet of concrete flatwork will be constructed adjacent to the existing walkways to improve access to existing picnic pads, restroom, gazebo, and a new barbecue pad. In addition, approximately 18 cubic yards of soil will be removed to accommodate for the proposed concrete flatwork. All construction activities will be constructed within City of Anaheim property.
