Install a total of 2,100 linear feet of rip rap along the Klopp Lake margin on existing levee, place 670 linear feet of rip rap and/or logs around the perimeters of three islands, and construct approximately 0.285 acres of salt marsh along the banks of Jolly Giant Creek (Butcher Slough).
