Document Description
St. Joseph Marello Church is requesting approval of a Minor Use Permit to develop a "house of worship" facility on a 12.8 acre site. The Catholic Church proposes to construct a new parish that is intended to serve the immediate community of Granite Bay. Phase I would include a 14,350 sf, one-story, multi-purpose building with a 240 parking stalls provided onsite and playfields. Phase II would incluse a 25,000 sf, one-story, church building (900 seats) with a total of 412 parking stalls and a 1,950 sf addition to the multi-purpose building for a total of 16,300 sf.
