The Tribal proposes to develop an~76,750 sf gaming facility and hotel on 11.24 acres of Tribal trust lands using a phased approach. The initial phase would involve the construction on a temporary structure occupying ~34,000 sf. The final phase of the casino/hotel complex would include a casino floor, food and beverage areas, entertainment lounge, casino support areas, a retail area, and administration and security ares.
