The Project is the City of Crescent City's 2009 Housings Element Update policy document for meeting future housing needs, including housing affordable to lower income households. The purpose of the Housing Element is to establish specific goals; policies, and implementation measures relative to the provision of housing. In addition, the Housing Element identifies and analyzes housing needs and resources, as well as constraints to meeting those needs.
