Vacant commercial building with drive-through/General Commercial/Service General
The project proposes to occupy an existing 2,604 sf building with drive-through lane at 151 Bella Vista Road with a Sonic drive-in restaurant. As part of this project the applicant is proposing to buy and use 17 parking spaces currently located in the City's adjoining park and ride lot. In return the applicant will pay for the construction of replacement spaces in the adjacent City-owned parcels on Davis Street which will be added to the City's parking facility.
