The project consists of the construction of a 5 story 105,600 sf, hotel on a vacant 48,225 sf parcel in the Industrial Park zoning district including a Special Use Permit and modification with Design Review, and variance. The project includes a variance to the 25 ft front yard setback to allow a 2 ft extension by a small cantilevered portion of the front facade. The project also includes a Use Permit for building over 35 ft in height and the service of alcohol in the facilities restaurant. The Project will involve the removal of most existing trees and 16,000 cubic yards of soil form the site to allow installation of the facilities.
