Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to the San Ramon Housing Element which sets forth the City's 5 yr strategy to preserve and enhance the community's character, expand housing opportunities for all economic segments, and provide guidance and direction for local government decision-making in all matters related to housing. The Housing Element Update covers the 5 yr period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2014, and provides an implementation strategy for effectively addressing the housing needs of San Ramon during this period.
