Document Description
The project inlcudes earthmoving activities, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with the construction of 20.4 gross acres of new vineyard (+/- 15 net acres) within a 66.17 acre holding. The project proposes the installation of vineyard within 12 blocks with topography ranging from gentle to moderately sloping (sloes typically 2% to 35%, averaging 18.5 %) annual non-native grasslands at elevations between ~295 and 740 ft above mean sea level.
