Document Description
The project is a 3 parcek residential land division. The ~26 acre project site would be divided into 2 ~5 acre parcels and an ~15 acre parcel. A double flag lot driveway and encroachment would be constructed to provide access from Deschutes Road to the 2 smaller parcels. A second encroachment would be constructed on Deschutes Road for the access to the larger parcel. the parcels would utilize on-site drilled wells as a water source and on-site septic systems for sewage disposal.
