Project Title: 013-0091-R2) The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0091-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Stockton East Water District. The project consists of the construction of a roughened channel with six boulder weir drop structures immediately downstream of the existing Central California Traction Railroad Bridge crossing the Stockton Diverting Channel in Stockton, CA for the purpose of providing proper fish passage through the existing crossing, as described in detail in Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2013-0091-R2. The existing crossing currently acts as an impediment to fish passage.
