The proposed project consists of a 1,055 sf fast food commercial building with a double drive through and an outdoor seating area of 1,250 sf. The project includes 9 parking spaces with 1 handicapped parking stall and landscaping which will meet City requirements. The project proposes to utilize 2 existing driveways along Pacheco Boulevard in accordance with Caltrans requirements. The project site until 2007 has been used as a card lock fuel station and is currently vacant.
