Document Description
The Port of Long Beach (City of Long Beach Harbor Department) Board of Harbor Commissioners adopted an Ordinance finding and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of real property interest located at 1452 West 11th Street for the construction, maintenance, and operation of the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program. The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Project certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018 identifies the properties and property interests deemed necessary to acquire in accordance with applicable State or federal eminent domain and relocation laws and regulations.
