Document Description
An addendum to the certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Project (Project) was prepared to address minor additions and technical changes to the Project involving adjustments to the Project limits to add approximately 90 acres of additional land space including acquisition of less than 2 acres of privately-owned properties to accommodate temporary construction activities consisting of utility relocations, traffic control, equipment staging and contractor work areas. The use of Horizontal Directional Drilling is incorporated as a technical methodology to relocate and consolidate existing oil infrastructure.
