Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace 19 existing culverts along SR 190 in Inyo County between PM 29.6-36.1. The project will replace the existing corrugated metal pipes that are at or past the end of their service lives with high-density polythylene plastic pipes in order to improve traffic safety and to avoid closure of SR 190 due to flooding.
