Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in conjunction with the City of Bakersfield, proposes to construct a new public road connection via an interchange on State Route 99 at Hosking Avenue. The proposed interchange would replace the existing Hosking Avenue Overcrossing with a new structure that would carry three lanes in each direction with sidewalks and shoulders on both sides. The project also includes widening of Hosking Avenue east and west of the overcrossing within the interchange area.
