Document Description
The project is proposed at UCSD Medical Center La Jolla. The proposed new construction associated with the project would include a 10 story, 470,310 gsf bed tower with a helicopter pad on top, renovation of 63,800 gsf of space within the existing hospital, and a 35,900 gsf central plant to support the proposed new hospital facilities. Development would occur west of the existing hospital.
