The project is proposed at UCSD Medical Center La Jolla. The proposed new construction associated with the project would include a 360,000 gsf bed tower with a helicopter pad on top, and a 40,000 gsf central plant to support the proposed new hospital facilities. Development would occur west of the existing hospital.
