Document Description
The proposed project includes the addition of ~41,433 net new sf. The majority of this additional space will be added along the northern and western portions of the existing Walmart store. One additional loading/unloading ramp is proposed to support the additional square footage and facade improvements are also proposed to enhance the aeshetic character of the Walmart store as viewed from West Central Avenue. Interior renovations are also proposed, with the majority of these changes geared toward improving the sustainability features of the store. The demolition of 188 sf of building area and 5,024 sf of existing garden center area is proposed to accommodate these renovations.
