Document Description
Specifically, the proposed project would consist of the demolition of approximately 188 square feet of floor area and the expansion of the existing Wal-Mart store by 38,050 sf primarily to the northern (rear) and western (left) portion of the existing building. The existing approximately 8,768 sf outdoor garden center would be reduced to 5,385 sf. The proposed total area of the Wal-Mart store, including the outdoor garden center, would be approximately 151,271 sf.
