The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works proposes to construct and operat a new 15,500 sf gymnasium and community building at El Cariso Community Regional Park in Sylmar. The project would include renovation of the existing community center and additional parking. The purpose of the project is to improve recreational and community opportunities in teh Sylmar area by providing a new ADA accessible recreational building.
