Document Description
To rehabilitate the roadway of State Route 58 in Kern County from the Lokem pumping station 0.1 mile west of Buttonwillow Drive, near the town of Buttonwillow. The project proposes to repair the existing roadbed by placing 0.25 foot of rubberized asphalt concrete on the existing pavement. The project involves adding two feet of shoulder backing throughout the project limits and adjusting the height of the existing metal beam guardrail at three bridge locations.
