Document Description
The City of Arcadia is the Lead Agency and will prepare a Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the General Plan Update. The General Plan Update establishes an overall development capacity for the City and surrounding areas and serves as a policy guide for the physical development and character of the City through 2035. The Update addresses the seven state-mandated elements, including land use, housing, circulation, safety, open space, conservation, and noise.
