Applicant proposes the renovation of an existing 205 unit apartment building will undergo interior and exterior improvements with new facadesm refurbished interiors which will be enlarged through the partial enclosure of balconies and improved hardscaping and landscaping. The public promenade will be improved through the installation of new lighting, fencing, and paving materials. The existing boat dock will be replaced with new boat slips that meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
