Document Description
Application for a tract map to subdivide 4 parcels into 6 lots to construct 318 residential units-with 20% reserved for seniors-in the following configuration: 148 units in 2 four story buildings and 170 units in 23 three story buildings. Additionally, applicant proposes a 2,850 sf club house, a 2,900 sf community center, a swimming pool, and a "village green." A zone change from R-A, R-3-P, and C-3 to R-3-DP and a General Plan Amendment to Limited Multi-Residence are also being requested. The current use of the site is a 232 unit mobile home park with 37 spaces occupied. The proposed project will require grading in the amounts of 40,000 cy of cut and 17,000 cy of fill.
