The proposed project consists of the installation and operation of water wellhead facilities, such as well pump and motor and discharge piping on a concrete slab at City Well 32. The facility will pump groundwater and convey the raw water from Well 32 to an air stripper treatment facility at the City Reservoir 5 site at 460 East La Verne Avenue.
