Amend existing water systems that primarily serves irrigation needs of 9 parcels in a larger Subdivision approved by Monterey County in 1972, with no production limit. Annex one parcel to the system to enable service for a potential residence and associated landscaping. Also serve as a second potential home on a parcel already within the existing system. Set enforceable water production limit to an amount (14.57 acre ft per year) less than past use (metered 5 yr average); acknowledge extensive system improvements to reduce leaks in April-May 2009. Set other conditions required by MPWMD Rulle 22-D for new or amended water distribution systems.
